Anti-tarnish jewellery is specially crafted to resist fading, discoloration, and dullness over time. At INDAAH, our pieces are made using high-quality stainless steel / premium base metals with advanced protective coatings that help maintain their shine even with regular wear.

This means:

  • It keeps its shine longer than regular fashion jewellery.

  • It is generally safe for daily wear.

2) How do I take care of my INDAAH Jewellery?

Even though INDAAH jewellery is anti-tarnish, a little care will keep it looking brand new for years.

Here’s how I care for mine:

  • Avoid direct contact with perfumes, deodorants, and harsh chemicals.

  • Remove before swimming in chlorine or salt water.

  • Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after use.

  • Store in a dry place or airtight pouch when not in use.

  • Avoid rough handling or scratching against hard surfaces.

With proper care, your jewellery will stay shiny and beautiful for a long time.

3) When will I get my order?

Once I place my order, here’s what I can expect:

  • Orders are usually processed within [1–2 business days].

  • Delivery typically takes [3–7 business days] depending on my location.

  • I will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once the order is shipped.

If I live in a metro city, delivery may be faster. For remote areas, it may take slightly longer.

4) What is the Return Policy?

At INDAAH, customer satisfaction matters.

  • We offer exchange and store credit policy for returns which are accepted within 14 days of delivery .

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Sale items (if applicable) may not be eligible for return.

  • Refunds are only applicable if:

  • You received a damaged product, or

    You received the wrong item

    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.

If I receive a damaged or incorrect item, I should contact customer support within [24–48 hours] with clear photos.

5) Is INDAAH jewellery waterproof?

6) Will the jewellery cause skin allergies?

INDAAH jewellery is made using skin-friendly materials and is generally hypoallergenic. It is suitable for most skin types. If I have highly sensitive skin, I can check the product description for material details before purchasing.

7) Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and locations. Additional charges may apply.

8) How can I track my order?

Once my order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can use that link anytime to check the delivery status. You can also track your order from our website.

9) Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are shipped. I should contact customer support immediately after placing the order if I need changes.

10) What if my jewellery arrives damaged?

If I receive a damaged product:

  • I should take clear photos and videos immediately.

  • Contact customer support within 24–48 hours.

  • The team will assist with replacement or refund as per policy.

11) Are the product images real?

Yes. All product photos are taken to reflect the actual design and finish. However, slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

12) Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! INDAAH jewellery comes in premium packaging, perfect for gifting. If I want special gift notes or wrapping, I can check availability at checkout.
