Refund policy

At Indaah, we want you to love your jewellery. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a simple return and exchange process.

Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Options

We offer the following return options:

1. Exchange

You can exchange the product for:

  • A different product, or
  • The same product (if available)

2. Store Credit

You can choose store credit for the returned item.
Store credit can be used anytime on our website and will be provided in the form of a coupon code.

3. Refund (Only If Product Is Damaged or Wrong Item Received)

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • You received a damaged product, or
  • You received the wrong item

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in original packaging
  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Items purchased on sale or discount

Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, we will arrange the return pickup.
  • For exchange or store credit, return shipping charges may apply.

Indaah reserves the right to deny a return if the product is returned in used or damaged condition.
